About Me
Hi, I’m Lauren. Welcome to my page! I’m a happily married mom of a busy teenage daughter and Border Collie rescue. I live just outside of Tampa, FL on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and I’m an absolute sunshine junkie.
I love doing anything outdoors and I’m most grounded when I’m feeling connected to the Earth. I love traveling, hiking and chasing waterfalls and my goal to visit all of the U.S. National Parks in the next 5 years (so far I’ve only been to 4).
I have a personal rule that I must consume something green every day (pistachio fro-yo totally counts).
Anything related to health, fitness, and personal development is my JAM! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition and Accountability Coach specialized in strength training, body sculpting and my personal favorite, glutes! Because nobody ever wrote a song about a small ass, am I right?!
Ultimately, my health is a privilege and it means everything to me. Over the last few years I’ve really prioritized myself and developed many healthy habits that I found truly anchor me. And the best part… I’ve seen first hand the positive domino effect this creates, and the impact it has on everyone around me. This is how I know self care isn’t selfish.
As women (especially moms) we often put ourselves last for the sake of proving our commitment to our families. We serve everyone else first and have nothing left to give ourselves. But you can’t pour from an empty cup right?
Prioritizing myself is what anchors me and allows me to give the best of myself to those I love. I’m a better partner, mom, friend and coach because of my daily commitment to me and making the choice to honor myself daily.
I’m here to help you do the same. I’m here to remind you that you should be first. You and your family deserve for you to be YOUR BEST YOU.
My Personal Story
I was born with zero natural curves and spent my entire life feeling insecure about my thin, unshapely frame. I wanted change. Since genetics were not in my favor, I knew I was going to have to work hard and earn it. My goal was to put on healthy weight, build muscle and curves. I wanted to look strong, full and feminine (since my whole adult life I felt I looked like a 12 year old girl). And in my pursuit to look more “feminine”, I elected to have a breast augmentation in 2016.
It wasn’t long before my health started failing. No matter how much time I spent in the gym, how clean I was eating and how well I was taking care of myself, my body was failing me. I suffered brutal and debilitating symptoms every day and no matter what I tried, nothing helped. I went to every doctor, specialist and -ologist that exists. I had every test, scan and invasive procedure you can think of and was continuously told that on paper I was in “perfect health”. After years of chasing answers, I found a huge community of women who were suffering just as I was, many who found relief after removing their breast implants. To say I was willing to try anything is an understatement however, I was not excited about removing them and the idea that this could be the culprit of my failing health, just seemed so unfair at the time. I promised myself before surgery that if removing the implants was going to give me back my health, I would try really hard to wear my new/old tiny titties LOUD and PROUD and do my best to celebrate them daily. I had my explant surgery on December 5th 2019.
To make a really long story short, I finally had my answers. I had suffered from Breast Implant Illness. Healing and detoxing took 16 long months, much of which was during Covid lock downs and quarantine. The slowness of the world gave me the permission I needed to just HEAL and I took full advantage of it. During my healing I spent a lot of time with myself. I journaled every day, some days multiple times. I read. I listened to hundreds of personal development podcasts. I basically dove head first into everything that would enhance my mental and emotional growth while I was healing physically. I wanted to be healthy inside and out; mind, body and spirit. I wanted to figure out who I was and introduce myself to who I am BECOMING. Here’s what I learned. Putting time aside for my personal development has helped me become a better listener which in turn, continues to elevate my relationships. It’s teaching me to be more curious, empathetic and less judgmental. It helps me navigate through teenage motherhood when parenting a teen feels impossible. Through this daily work, I learned that my “me time” really doesn’t just serve only me.
It was the community of women I found that led me here; the women I never even met that supported and lifted me through my lowest and darkest times. It was through all the shared stories that led hundreds and thousands of us into healing and becoming. I truly believe a strong community of women is a super power. It literally saved my life.
It’s true that the gift of “femininity” I gave myself in 2016 cost me a lot. But honestly, I don’t completely regret it. I gained so much from this experience. My relationship with me was born through this journey and I’m really proud of myself.

What I Can Do For You
I’m assuming you landed on this page because you’re looking for change and need the tools to create healthier habits and the encouragement from the right coach to walk alongside you on your way. Well congratulations, you’ve just taken the first step!
While working together we will…
- Prioritize ourselves daily with 30 minutes per day serving nobody but ourselves.
- Honor our bodies through exercise and daily movement through beginner and advanced workouts designed for all fitness levels from “never exercised a day in my life” to “performance driven” individuals.
- Develop consistent and sustainable eating patterns with healthier food choices leading to a more balanced diet overall. Nutrition plans will be non restrictive, healthy and flexible. Treating yourself to the occasional piece of pizza or cake will be encouraged. Too much restriction leads to burnout. The goal is to help you find healthier substitutes that you’ll enjoy without feeling deprived or unsatisfied, ultimately leading you to sustainable change. You’ll be highly encouraged to prep meals and prepare today for mindful eating tomorrow.
- Elevate our mindset through personal development strategies leading to our mental and emotional growth. Tips and tools proven to lead to positive habit stacking will be provided and encouraged daily.
- Celebrate all wins, big or small! Progress is progress and no one person’s journey is the same as another. We will support, encourage and grow TOGETHER!
Bottom line, nothing changes unless something changes. If we want to grow, we have to do the work. We have to be honest with ourselves about the things we want to change and make the commitment to do the work every day.
As your coach I will push, challenge, encourage and celebrate you. When it gets hard, I will give you the support you need and encouragement to continue. I will hold you accountable and remind you why you started. I’ll be your second biggest champion because YOU will be your first! This is a community and we’re all on this journey together. I can’t wait to have a front row seat as you join our tribe and commit yourself to becoming your BEST YOU!
“Change starts with honesty and honesty is the hardest part”.
